How to use

1. Export the Member Contact Info and Aging of Accounts reports from PayHOA as CSV.
2. Upload both below — all parsing happens locally in your browser.
3. Review the GREEN / RED / BLUE map and table.
4. Adjust pricing if needed.
5. Click Print / Save PDF for the contractor-facing manifest.

Rules: Lots owned by the developer (Hacienda Lakeview Inc) per the Member Contact CSV are BLUE — DO NOT MOW. All other lots are HOA-managed: GREEN — MOW by default, RED — HOA HOLD if the Aging CSV shows 90+ days past due. Edit public/data/mowing-config.json to override on a per-lot basis.

This page runs entirely in your browser. PayHOA data is never uploaded anywhere. The contractor-facing PDF does not include owner names, emails, phones, or balances.
